Give power to your presentations and succeed in managing your fears of public speaking!

According to
Psychology Today and The Washington Post, Public Speaking is the number one fear for people in the United States.  Are you among those who fear Public Speaking more than death? This class will give you “power tools” for presentations and increase your confidence in public speaking.

The class will focus on:

  • *techniques and strategies for managing public speaking apprehension

  • *guidelines for good vocal and physical delivery

  • *basic speech organization

*attention-grabbing speech introductions and memorable conclusions

The skills learned in the class will prove useful not only in a public speaking setting but in small group and one-on-one communication. The most important gift of the class is increasing self-awareness and confidence in yourself.  Whether presenting ideas in a work environment, speaking to the local school board, raising funds for your favorite charity, negotiating with a salesperson, mediating a conflict, or interviewing for a job, public speaking skills will increase your ability to communicate your message more effectively.
All that is needed to attend the class is openness, willingness, and a brave spirit!
